Lead the vendors performance review (FY05/FY06/FY07) and the new vendors selection (FY07/FY08) of the regional staffing team?Provide management training on hiring process, interviewing techniques and employment policies?Organize and deliver the regional offices’ CBI (Competency Based Interview) training in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou?Organize and deliver the regional offices’ Careers Direct (Online Recruitment tool) training in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou & Chengdu?Partner closely with the HR team, to understand and establish internal pipeline for open requisitionsLiaise with Corporate Compensation & Benefits team on the development of the compensation packages for external candidates?Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners?Manage the on-site support staffing consultant & local staffing coordinator effectively?Set Performance Plan/regular review ?Monitor, coach and support them, make sure can to achieve target?Integrity ?Subordinate: 2 (1 Staffing Consultant, 1 Staffing ?Provide the consultation and coaching to business partners?Selected as the mentor of the services and inside sales recruiters to support their growth rapidly.?Utilizes Careers Direct system throughout the talent acquisition process.Achievements:?China VP Award – Successful Management “Vendor Summit” Project
